Players get kicked by ACE because of "Illegal package found during initial check"

If you cant connect to an ACE protected server you need other *.u files like UMenu.u, UnrealShare.u, UnrealI.u, see below

You can see the kickreason in your console with an information what special file ACE dont like in your UT folder

Download the files and replace them in your ut-folder. This are files which runs on ACE protected servers


UnrealShare.u

UnrealI.u

fire.u

EnhancedItems.u

core.dll

botpack.u

utmenu.u

Installed it is on all servers...enabled on some...

its not working round with a special weapon, for some players on some servers

yeah thats me, and you see the entries in the ini....

i recieved some help via PN ..... but UTPure and ASC and the rifle wont work so fine together

After disabling UTPure the is no kickreason like that anymore....

At page 14 from that topic there is a post from OMA with the same problem with their rifle...

If you check your MapvoteLA13.ini, you can set a prefix for the weapon so it loads with the MapVote System.. I think it was Mutator="UnrealTeamRifle4e.UnrealTeamRifle4e.mutator" or something. Not sure, will get back to you. Also, I'm trying to find a whole list of the whitelist because I'm not sure about those either.

Hmmm, different Maps, different kickreasons....same player
the first log i would advise to replace your botpack.u with the botpack.u which you can dl above, but save your botpack.u somewhere else maybe you want it back.
the second, longer kickreason i cant understand the reason so early in the morning, maybe you can copy it and ask. i have a deeper look later
